Our Proposal Process: What to Expect

At Jones Road Tree Service, one question we are often asked is about how our proposal process works. The process always begins with you! Whether you were curious about your tree’s health after reading one of our blogs, or if you noticed something wrong with your tree, the process will always begin with contacting Jones Road Tree Service. Once you contact us, we will schedule a specific time for you to meet with our ISA Certified Arborists. Next, our arborist will listen to your concerns about the trees on your property and will inspect all issues and concerns you bring up. Specific trees will be carefully inspected by our ISA Certified Arborist. Every issue identified by our arborist will be fully discussed with you after the inspection, and we will will then develop written specifications and plans in accordance with ANSI A300 standards to establish a clear plan of action to care for your trees.

The proposal is usually finished on site during the appointment. If it is not finished during the appointment, you will receive an email containing the proposal within the next couple of days. Once you review the plan and are ready to move forward, you will need to sign the proposal and return it back to us. We will then find a good mutual time to schedule the appointment – we also consider the type of tree and the work that needs done to give our staff enough time to work. The day of the appointment you can expect our crew to arrive at your property at the time previously discussed. Our crew will also abide by all COVID safety guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

As mentioned at the start, this entire process begins with you and revolves around the care and management of your trees. If you have any concerns about the health of your trees or believe that your tree could be a health risk in the event of a storm, be sure to contact Jones Road Tree Service so we can evaluate your trees.
